Please note, all credit/debit card purchases are subject to the GlossGenius convenience fee of 3.5% Cancellations / No Show Policy (Effective March 1, 2022) Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. Due to the increasing individualized nature of the services we offer when a cancellation occurs it creates large blocks of time that impact the salon, our service providers and other guests. We understand that things happen; however, we try to respect our service providers’ time as much as we respect yours. Beginning March 1, 2022, we will require a credit card on file to secure any hair and skin care services appointments. (Please note that all credit card information stored is encrypted and fully compliant). All hair and tattoo cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Cancelling your appointment less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee of 95% of your scheduled service. This includes rescheduling your appointment twice with less than 48hrs notice. “No Shows” will result in a fee of 95% of scheduled services and and deposits made will no longer be valid. Should you cancel/reschedule more than two times, you will be charged a cancellation fee for that appointment. All guests are offered a 10 minute grace period. After that time guests will be charged a no show fee and must reschedule their service We require a credit card on file and a non-refundable deposit to book hair and tattoo appointments. The deposit will be charged and applied at the time the reservation is made. All Hair Extensions, Special Services and tattoo cancellations require a 72-hour notice. Cancelling your Hair Extensions/Special Service/ tattoo appointment less than 72 hours in advance will result in retaining the full deposit with no credits or credit of the fee moving forward on any other salon services. There is also a 100% No Refund policy on services and goods purchased in salon. All hair and tattoo deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, if you need to reschedule, that deposit goes toward the FIRST reschedule. After the second rescheduled appointment, the deposit becomes part of the cancellation fee and will not be refunded or applied to future appointments. Guests have 7 days to request an adjustment to their service but will not be granted refunds. For events held in salon, deposits are non-refundable as this deposit is your ticket price. Content Ownership All content created, posted, or distributed by Fringe + Ink Creative Company — including but not limited to: • Photos • Videos • Reels & TikToks • Educational materials • Branding assets • Logos • Written captions • Marketing graphics • Service protocols • Training materials is the sole intellectual property of Fringe + Ink Creative Company and/or its creators. This content is protected under United States copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, resale, imitation, or distribution is strictly prohibited. ⸻ 2. Client Image Release By receiving services at Fringe + Ink Creative Company, you acknowledge and agree that: • Photos and videos may be taken for marketing, portfolio, educational, and social media purposes. • Content may be used on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, website platforms, promotional materials, and print media. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, you must notify your service provider prior to the start of your appointment. We respect your privacy; however, we cannot honor removal requests after content has been published. ⸻ 3. Reposting & Sharing Policy We love when you share your hair. Clients may: • Share their own photos. • Repost our content with proper tagging and credit. Clients may NOT: • Alter our content. • Remove watermarks. • Claim work as their own. • Use our content for commercial resale, advertising, or promotional use without written permission. ⸻ 4. Stylist Work Protection All creative work performed by Fringe + Ink artists — including custom color formulations, extension placements, cutting techniques, service protocols, and proprietary methods — are protected creative processes and may not be replicated, taught, recorded, or redistributed without written consent. ⸻ 5. Podcast, Education & Digital Media All educational content, podcast material, scripts, branding concepts, and intellectual property associated with: • Fringe + Ink Creative Company • The FUS Podcast • Chair Confessionals • Any affiliated brands are protected creative works. Unauthorized copying, imitation branding, resale of education content, or reproduction of branded concepts is prohibited. ⸻ 6. Third-Party Use Media outlets, influencers, businesses, or third parties wishing to use our content must request written permission via: fringeandink@gmail.com ⸻ 7. Legal Enforcement Fringe + Ink Creative Company reserves the right to pursue legal action for intellectual property infringement, misuse, unauthorized commercial exploitation, or brand misrepresentation.
