NWI’s HIGHCLASS and BADASS boutique style salon and TATTOO SHOP located on historic Franklin Street in Michigan City, Indiana. Here at F + I, we specialize in custom extensions, tattoos, vivid color, lived-in blonding and bridal hair + makeup. (We even host Flash Tattoo Parties for weddings, birthdays and other events) We believe the creation of beauty is art and everyone deserves to feel + look their best. We proudly use AQUA Hair Extensions, ALTER EGO Italy, Redken, Leaf + Flower, Amika, and Brazilian B3 Bonder. Owner, Lauren, is an AQUA Extension Educator and she holds certifications in extensions from multiple companies. She specializes in lived in color and blonding. Tattoo Artist, Jackie, holds a bachelor’s degree in art and has 2+ years of experience. Co-Artist and Permanent Makeup Artist, Idun, is well rounded in all types for hair coloring and cutting techniques. They are also certified in microblading, powder brows, freckling and lip blushing. Stylist, Michelle, specializes in vivid color and has a diverse range of color knowledge that she offers her guests.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations / No Show Policy (Effective March 1, 2022)
Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. Due to the increasing individualized nature of the services we offer when a cancellation occurs it creates large blocks of time that impact the salon, our service providers and other guests. We understand that things happen; however, we try to respect our service providers’ time as much as we respect yours.
Beginning March 1, 2022, we will require a credit card on file to secure any hair and skin care services appointments. (Please note that all credit card information stored is encrypted and fully compliant).
All hair and skin care cancellations require a 24-hour notice. Cancelling your appointment less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee of 100% of your scheduled service. This includes rescheduling your appointment twice with less than 48hrs notice. “No Shows” will result in a fee of 100% of scheduled services and and deposits made will no longer be valid. Should you cancel/reschedule more than two times, you will be charged a cancellation fee for that appointment. All guests are offered a 10 minute grace period. After that time guests will be charged a no show fee and must reschedule their service
Cancellations & Deposits for Hair Extensions & Special Services (permanent hair straightening, hair smoothing, color services over 3 hours) and Tattoos
We require a credit card on file and a non-refundable deposit to book your all Hair Extensions and Special Services and Tattoos. The deposit will be charged and applied at the time the reservation is made.
All Hair Extensions, Special Services and tattoo cancellations require a 72-hour notice. Cancelling your Hair Extensions/Special Service/ tattoo appointment less than 72 hours in advance will result in retaining the full deposit with no credits or credit of the fee moving forward on any other salon services.
There is also a 100% No Refund policy on services and goods purchased in salon. Guests have 7 days to request an adjustment to their service but will not be granted refunds.
